SEO, natural or organic Search Engine Optimization, is to make a web page more relevant for certain keyterms in the search results of Google and other search engines. The SEO is one of the elements of the marketing mix, and increases traffic to your website to attract potential customers.

Meta elements

Meta elements are tags, which are incorporated in the header of the code of a web page, and that help search engines to identify the name, description, keywords etc. of a website.

The most common meta elements are: meta description, meta keywords, meta goal, meta robots and so on.

Pagerank

Pagerank, a trademark of Google Inc., is a numeric value that represents the importance of a website classified by Google The positions range from 0 to 10, which is the best.

Method with which certain elements are manipulated on a website with the goal of positioning the site among the most important positions of the search results.

Search engines periodically review their databases to detect these practices and penalize those websites that involved in them.
